Background

Across the public sector advice and guidance is periodically required on complex corporate finance and related matters. This can include preparing for and delivering specific policies, whether long planned or at short notice in response to external events. It can also include policy development and contingency planning for policy initiatives and responses to external events.

Historically, there were 2 frameworks - HM Treasury Corporate Financial Advice and ConsultancyONE – that covered these requirements. However, the scope of these agreements was insufficient to wholly meet the future requirements of the public sector, so this new framework with an expanded scope was developed.
