This framework will provide full end to end data management solutions for all Utilities (including electricity, gas, water, fuels, steam, heat & chilling). This will focus on the collection of the data from the meter, the visualisation and reporting of the data in a software platform and bureau services to drive additional value from the data.

We presented our updated strategy and findings to our dedicated customer stakeholder group on 2 December for feedback and comments.

During October - December 2016 the project team completed a Request for Information exercise with the market and conducted one to one meetings with approximately 30 suppliers.
