Permanent Recruitment

We have worked with stakeholders across central government and the wider public sector to develop a new commercial agreement for the provision of permanent recruitment services. The OJEU was released on the 2nd April 2018. The tender closed in May 2018 and evaluation is currently underway. Award is expected in October 2018


The agreement will cover the provision of permanent recruitment services for a range of skill sets or role types, likely to include administrative, commercial, finance, digital, property, data and technology, HR, marketing, executive and talent research.  The framework will not cover permanent requirements for clinical or teaching roles.


On the 1st March 2018 CCS held supplier webinar in conjunction with REC, prior to the OJEU being released . The the webinar provided updates on the structure and approach of the agreement as well as giving an overview on the tender process for permanent recruitment in the public sector.
