Postal Goods, Services and Solutions

We are working with stakeholders across central government and the wider public sector to develop a new commercial agreement for the provision of postal goods, services and solutions.  CCS are working in collaboration with YPO and ESPO to develop the new requirement. 

CCS is currently reviewing procurement timescales and will provide you with more detail within the next few weeks. Please be assured our priority is to ensure continuity of framework coverage for customers. 

Scope

The agreement will cover the provision of a full range of postal goods, services and solutions including but not limited to; franking machines, mailroom equipment, hybrid mail (including SMS, email, web2customer and new innovations such as customer communications management solutions, enterprise content management and intelligent character recognition capabilities), consultancy and audits, E2E mailroom transformation solutions (managed service) as well as physical collection services for domestic and international destinations.
