Digital Outcomes and Specialists 3

Digital Outcomes and Specialists 3 (DOS3) opened for applications on 18 July 2018.  You will be able to apply to offer your eligible services in the digital space to government through the DOS3 framework.

If your application is successful (and we have received your signed framework agreement), we expect your DOS3 services to be available on the Digital Marketplace from 1 October 2018.  The deadline for applications is 5pm BST on 22 August 2018.

Digital Outcomes and Specialists 2 suppliers

Suppliers on Digital Outcomes and Specialists 2 (DOS2) must apply to DOS3 to continue selling their services on the Digital Marketplace. We’ll be removing DOS2 services from the Digital Marketplace when DOS3 services go live.

Eligible services

Your services may be eligible for DOS3 if they fit into one of these categories:

  • Digital outcomes
  • Digital specialists
  • User research studios
  • User research participants

How to apply

Guidance on how to apply is available as part of the ITT pack, which is available through the Digital Marketplace.  Once you’ve registered for an account and logged on, you will be able to access the information.

How to ask a question

Now that DOS3 is open for applications, we’re in the ‘clarification period’. This means that if you need to ask a question about DOS3, you must send it to the Crown Commercial Service through the dedicated DOS3 updates page of your account on the Digital Marketplace. We’ll post all questions and answers on this page.

To make sure the process is fair and transparent, all suppliers will be able to see all questions and answers. You can ask questions between now and 5pm BST on 8 August 2018. We’ll answer them by 5pm BST on 15 August 2018.
