Public Sector Passenger Transport Solutions DPS - including National and Regional taxis and coaches

CCS is working to develop a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for regional Passenger Transport Services (Taxi and Coaches) for the Public Sector.



We are considering creating a DPS for regional passenger transport services (taxi & coaches). The scope is principally taxi services, private chauffeurs, coach services, social services transport, school buses, minibuses but also other specialist vehicles (e.g. armoured vehicles, wheelchair accessible vehicles.)

Under the DPS there are no lots as such, however suppliers will be able to classify themselves by service type and by area of operation/coverage.

Customer engagement

We want to begin consultations with public sector organisations who are users of these services to help bring experience and knowledge to shape the solution.

The aim of the consultations is to identify where we can learn from past experiences to improve upon current arrangements and maximise commercial benefits through a robust specification of requirements with the ability to keep up with new, innovative products and solutions.

We would value any feedback you have to help us deliver an outstanding solution.
