Customer Engagement

At Crown Commercial Service (CCS) we are committed to delivering a quality service. Your feedback is extremely important in helping us to continuously improve the service that we provide.

We will be holding further customer engagement workshops following up from our initial customer engagement to test our understandings and our initial framework design.

The commercial agreement will be utilised by eligible central government departments and all other UK public sector bodies, including local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education and devolved administrations. It is intended that this agreement will be the recommended vehicle for all networks and communications services for the public sector.

The contract is for the provision, supply and delivery of materials across a range of services within scope of networks and telecommunications, including but not limited to data access, local connectivity, telephony, mobile voice and data, paging, video and audio conferencing and integrated communications.

We will continue to review this scope as we continue our market engagement.
