Lot description
Lot 3 provides all local authorities in England with a funds disbursement aggregation.
Aggregation fund disbursement (for local government only)
You can use this aggregation solution to help disburse funds to citizens in relation to cost of living payments including (but not limited to):
- household support fund
- welfare support payments
- refugee support payments
The aggregation has 2 parts:
- part A: provides an end to end service which includes postal and digital fund disbursement solutions
- part B: provides a digital only solution which disburses funds electronically through email and SMS (text message)
Both parts of the aggregation offer the solution to issue energy credit top up vouchers. You will have the option to use the services until 2 December 2024, but you must enter into a call off before 2 December 2022.
