Construction Works and Associated Services

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is currently working to establish a new commercial agreement to support central government departments and wider public sector organisations in the procurement and delivery of construction works and services.

The proposed new commercial arrangement will complement existing CCS frameworks (and further CCS offerings) to provide customers with access to a full provision of goods, works and services arrangements which enable effective management of your built asset and property/estates requirements.

We will update the important links below at each stage of the project, adding to this page as information is released.
